In 2024, we brought this vision to Johns Creek, hoping to become not just a restaurant but a cherished gathering place for our community. Every dish we serve reflects our dedication to craftsmanship, hospitality, and the belief that great food has the power to bring people closer together.
Our Chef
Chef Jacob’s sushi journey began in San Diego, California, where he developed a deep appreciation for the precision and artistry of Japanese cuisine. Over the years, he dedicated himself to mastering the craft, finding joy in the small, thoughtful details that make each dish unique. His passion for sushi eventually led him to co-own a restaurant, where he not only honed his culinary skills but also embraced the challenges of managing a business. In 2023, he moved to Georgia with his family, eager to share his love for sushi with a new community. This journey led to the creation of Sushi Momo in 2024, where he continues to pour his heart into every dish, using only the finest ingredients and time-honed techniques to create an unforgettable dining experience for his guests.
